Clinic Services

1. ANNUAL PHYSICAL EXAMINATION OF STUDENTS (Medical and Dental) Students are scheduled for their annual medical and dental as soon as class starts, when name lists are available and each student's health record are arranged according to grade level and section.  We usually start by 2nd week of July of each school year; starting with Year IV level down to Prep level.

2. BI-ANNUAL MEDICAL examination of all permanent employees. The Medical Examination is being done every year.  This includes routine Urine Analysis, CBC, Blood Uric Acid n Cholesterol, Fasting Blood Sugar, ECG and Chest XRay.

3. MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
   This is not an accident insurance nor a health insurance.  This is a medical assistance being shouldered by our school for accident cases that occurred inside the school campus.  Re-imbursement of medical expenses must be accompanied by receipt of expenses incurred, which will be evaluated by the school physician for approval.  Since SY2001-2002, we are giving assistance of Php5,000 maximum.

4. HEALTH TALK / HEALTH UPDATES
   The clinic staff is willing and able to give health talks when invited especially during celebration of Nutrition Month.  Health Updates are being provided especially on issues that are healthful and beneficial for the school population.

5. CONSULTATION / BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING
   The School physician and school dentist are available for consultation, and referrals.  Blood pressure monitoring and evaluation is readily available for all.
