Christian Formation

The Grade School Christian Life education aims at providing our learners with information (doctrine), formation (moral) and transformation (worship) to   enable them to become fully aware and dedicated in performing their duties and responsibilities as an active member of a vibrant Christ-Centered community with a well rounded personality acquired through a quality Benedictine education fostering on a balanced life of work and prayer.

-      First Friday Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus.  (The Congregation of the Missionary Benedictine Sisters of Tutzing is consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

-      Noon Angelus

-      Distribution of Ashes on Ash Wednesday

-      Daily Morning Praise Before the First Period

-      3’o clock Prayer to Jesus, The Lord of Divine Mercy

-      Advent Prayer Assembly

-      Triduum before the Feastday of Saints Benedict and Scholastica

*      BENEDICITE – Latin, May God bless you.  (Teachers and Sisters respond with DEUS, meaning May God bless you indeed! 

       4.   Others 

*      Prayers are ended with “That in all things God may be glorified.”

*      When we pray the “Glory be” we bow our heads at the first part to show reverence to the Blessed Trinity.
