Persons in Authority

A. Directress

The Directress is the chief administrator for the school. She has the final responsibility for the successful management of the school.

         B. High School Principal

The high school principal is the chief administrator of the high school unit, she is directly responsible to the Directress. She plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of the department to carry out the objectives of the unit. She is the final authority on disciplinary matters in the High School Department.

        C. Assistant Principal

The assistant principal assists the Principal in matters pertaining to the planning, development, implementation and enrichment of the academic program of the department. She also supervises the subject area coordinators. In the absence of the Principal, she takes over in the management of the department.

        D. Student Formation Coordinator

The Student Formation Coordinator is responsible for the general discipline of the student body and assists in matters pertaining to students services. Among her duties are the implementation of school policies and rules, the review and investigation of disciplinary cases referred to her by students (especially the SCO Officers), parents, teachers and other school officials and employees. She issues permit slips, acts on the approves conduct ratings as computed by the class advisers, calls parents to conferences, places erring students on disciplinary probation and refers suspension, exclusion or expulsion to the Committee on Discipline.

      E. Student Activities Coordinator

The Student Activities Coordinator is charged to implement the school’s activity program as well as the planning, coordination, development and evaluation of all curricular and extra-curricular activities. She also coordinates with the TCCFI for the Social Involvement program of the school.     

  1. Teachers and Other Employees

All school officials, teachers, and other employees are persons in authority and are duty-bound to help enforce school policies and rules of discipline.

  1. Committee on Discipline

The committee on discipline is convened to investigate and deliberate on the commission of serious offenses that warrant suspension, exclusion or expulsion from the school. The Committee submits its findings and recommendations to the principal for approval.

Class Adviser of student concerned

Guidance Counselor (non-voting)
