The Grade School Department accepts applicants from Prep to Grade 5.
AGE REQUIREMENT (PREP & GRADE 1)

The minimum age requirement for - Prep is  5 to 5.5 years old by June.    Grade 1 is  6 to 6.5 years old by June.
We accept Roman Catholic children of Roman Catholic parents.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION 
All applicants must submit the following requirements to the Registrar’s Office: 
3 pcs.  (1x1)   ID picture,  colored
Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
Baptismal Certificate (original and photocopy)
Original and photocopy of the report card (academic average should be 82% or above and without failing grade, and the conduct grade should be at least 85% or B+).
Recommendation Letter from the Principal, Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor bearing the official school seal and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with signature across the flap.

*After the requirements have been evaluated, the applicant fills out the application form. She then is scheduled for interview and testing.  No refund will be given to those who failed to take the examination. Test results are given to the parents two weeks after the examination. Test papers are never given out for inspection. Enrolment immediately follows after the release of test results.  Parents are required to attend the orientation on specified dates.
