Learning how to rest is important especially now that we are about to take our third quarter periodical exams. It's alright to take rest and don't feel guilty about it. Having a healthier mind and body is helpful when we are face with challenges because it helps us to focus more on the task at hand. So, don't feel guilty that you are resting and always listen to your body. It's good that you are challenging yourself, but it becomes bad when you exceed the line your body can take.
