Women in Math: Marjorie Lee Browne
Thousands of people of color are now recognized for their academic excellence and educational achievements. This is something that colored people of centuries ago rigorously fought for. Hundreds of years ago, academic opportunities and recognition for people of color were limited. This, however, did not deter them from continuing their education.
